NodeFlow Lab is a brand — the name of the consulting practice and its products — owned and managed by Parth Patel. It is not the registered business name or a separate company. Information, not advice
Articles, service descriptions, and other content on this site are general information. They are not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your situation. Any engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement.
Products and demos
Product pages describe software we are developing, and some features are in early access. Names, features, and availability may change. Demos use fictional sample data. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a product at a particular price.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and product names on this site belong to Parth Patel, owner of the NodeFlow Lab brand, unless stated otherwise. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and don’t imply endorsement. Product illustrations use Hairline by Lucas Markes under the MIT licence.
Third-party services and links
Booking a call uses Cal.com, which has its own terms and privacy policy. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
Privacy policy
This site has no user accounts, no forms, and no analytics or advertising trackers. We collect personal information only in the ways described below.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us. We use them to reply and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice the engagement.
When you book a call
Our booking page embeds Cal.com. The details you enter there, such as your name, email address, and notes, are collected by Cal.com and shared with us so we can hold the meeting. The booking link also tells Cal.com which page of this site you came from. Cal.com’s own privacy policy covers how it handles that information.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to operate and secure the site.
Your browser
Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and isn’t sent to us.
Sharing and storage
We don’t sell or rent personal information. Our service providers (website hosting, scheduling, and email) may store or process information outside Canada. We keep correspondence only as long as we need it for these purposes and for business and tax records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask a question about this policy, by emailing patelparth2031@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.
