How many boxes of Calacatta Oro do I need for 40 m²?

Ask about any product…

Sample conversation: How many boxes of Calacatta Oro do I need for 40 m²? You’ll need 31 boxes — that covers 44 m² with 10% extra for cuts and breakage. At ₹1,890 a box, that’s ₹58,590.

THE PROBLEM

Customers decide in the questions.

“Does it fit?” “Is it spicy?” “How many do I need?” When those questions go unanswered, get answered slowly, or get a different answer from every staff member, the sale walks away. Generic chatbots trained on a website scrape guess. Your customers need exact answers.

  • How many boxes for 40 m²?
  • Is the paneer tikka spicy?
  • Will this sofa fit through an 80 cm door?
  • What’s the EMI on the 2BHK?
  • Does a root canal hurt?
  • Is this tile slip-resistant for a bathroom?
  • Can I get it in walnut?
  • What’s included in the 5-day package?
  • Is it nut-free?
  • When is the next departure?
  • Which grout goes with this marble?
  • Can I pay cash on delivery?

HOW IT WORKS

From catalogue to conversation,
in one loop.

Designed so a business can go from sign-up to its first useful customer conversation in under fifteen minutes — then get better every week.

  1. 01

    Build your catalogue

Pick your industry and start from a ready template — the right fields, page sections, and sample records. Add products one by one or in bulk.

  2. 02

    Teach the assistant

Set its name, tone, and languages. Write selling instructions in plain words: what to recommend, what never to say, and when to hand off.

  3. 03

    Test, then deploy

Chat with your own catalogue in the playground and see which records answered. Then share a link, print a QR code, or add the widget to your website.

  4. 04

    Learn every week

Read conversations, follow up on leads, and fill the gaps. Every question the assistant couldn’t answer becomes a one-click fix.

CAPABILITIES

Everything a great salesperson knows,
written down once.

Move your pointer across each figure. NodeConnect is a catalogue, an assistant, and an operations desk — working as one product.

01

A catalogue with structure

Typed attributes — numbers with units, dimensions, options, relations — instead of paragraphs. Table, board, gallery, and list views, like a modern CRM.

02

Every micro-detail

Sixteen record sections, from specifications and care to policies, documents, and step-by-step guides with images and video.

03

Grounded or silent

Prices, availability, and policies come only from your data. When a fact is missing, the assistant says so and offers to connect the customer with you.

04

Calculators that settle doubts

Tile coverage, EMI, per-head pricing, room fit, portions, and unit price — computed exactly, never estimated by the model.

05

Upsell by relationship

Pairs-with, upgrade-of, accessory, and alternative links you control. Suggestions are explicit, optional, and only after the question is answered.

06

Gaps become improvements

Every question the catalogue couldn’t answer is logged. Turn it into an FAQ or a record edit in one click.

07

Conversations and leads

An inbox of every transcript with intents and linked products, and a lead pipeline your team can work from.

08

Deploy anywhere

A hosted page, a QR code, and a website widget in your brand colours. WhatsApp and Instagram messaging are next.

09

Analytics that matter

Conversations, resolution rate, leads, upsell acceptance, top-asked products, and the mix of intents — by date and channel.

INSIDE A RECORD

Sixteen sections.
Zero guesswork.

Every product page is built from the same universal sections. Your industry template decides which are on; you can switch any of them off, reorder them, or add your own with text, images, and video.

Structured beats prose: typed values power filters, comparisons, and calculators — and give the assistant facts it can’t misread.

TEN INDUSTRY TEMPLATES

One model,
many industries.

Each template sets the right attributes, page sections, suggested prompts, upsell rules, and calculator for its industry — all on the same flexible data model.

WHAT IT HOLDS TO

Principles you can see in every answer.

01

Grounded or silent

The assistant only states facts from your catalogue and knowledge base. Missing facts become logged gaps, not guesses.

02

The catalogue is the product

Everything the assistant does well comes from richer data, so editing it is the best part of the app.

03

Structured over prose

Typed attributes power filters, comparisons, calculators, and safer answers than paragraphs ever could.

04

One model, many industries

Industry templates are presets over one flexible data model — not ten separate products.

05

Upsell by relationship, not pressure

Suggestions come from links and rules you control, and only once the customer’s question is answered.

06

Every conversation teaches

Gaps, intents, and leads flow back into your catalogue and instructions every week.

UNDER THE HOOD

Tools, not guesswork.

The assistant works like a careful employee: it looks things up, runs the numbers, and asks a person when it should — instead of improvising.

What the assistant can do

  • Search the catalogueStructured and full-text search across your records
  • Read a recordFull typed detail, sections, media, and relations
  • Compare productsA side-by-side table of the attributes that matter
  • Find what goes with itRelated items, with your upsell rules applied
  • Search guides & policiesHow-tos, FAQs, policies, and instructions
  • Run a calculatorCoverage, EMI, per-head, room fit, portions, unit price
  • Capture a leadSaves contact details and intent, then notifies your team
  • Hand off to a personFlags the conversation with full context for your team
  • Log a gapRecords any question the catalogue couldn’t answer

Agent runtime, not a script

Built on the Claude Agent SDK (default) and the OpenAI Agents SDK, chosen per workspace. Replies stream as they’re written.

Only your catalogue

The assistant has no web, file, or system access — only the tools listed here, scoped to one workspace on every request.

Answers as cards

Product cards, comparison tables, step-by-step guides, calculator results, lead forms, and handoff notices — rendered as interface, not walls of text.

Built for teams

Owner, admin, editor, and viewer roles. Provider keys are encrypted, and every conversation keeps its full transcript.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you ask the assistant.

Will the assistant make up prices or specifications?

No. Prices, availability, and policies come only from your catalogue and knowledge base. When something isn’t there, the assistant says so, offers to connect the customer with your team, and logs the question so you can add the answer.

Which businesses is NodeConnect built for?

Small and mid-size sellers of products, spaces, and services — restaurants, quick shops, furniture, tiles and marble, décor, real estate, tours, dental clinics, product companies, and Instagram sellers. Each starts from an industry template on the same flexible data model.

How do I get my products in?

Start from your industry template, then add products one by one or in bulk. Every record has typed fields and optional sections; the richer the details, the better the answers.

Where can my customers use it?

On a hosted page you can share as a link or a QR code, and as a widget on your own website, in your brand colours. WhatsApp and Instagram direct messages are on the roadmap.

Can my team take over a conversation?

Yes. The assistant captures leads and requests a handoff with the full context. Your team can read every transcript, reply from the inbox, and track each lead’s stage.

Which AI models does it use?

NodeConnect runs on agent SDKs from Anthropic (Claude, by default) and OpenAI, selectable per workspace. The assistant can only use its catalogue tools — it can’t browse the web or read anything outside your workspace.

Is my catalogue kept separate from other businesses?

Yes. Every record, conversation, and lead belongs to one workspace, and access is checked on every request. Team members get owner, admin, editor, or viewer roles.

Can NodeFlow Lab set it up for us?

Yes. We can model your catalogue, write the selling instructions, add NodeConnect to your website, and review the first weeks of conversations with you.
