THE PROBLEM

Tailoring works. It just doesn’t scale.

Recruiters and applicant tracking systems reward résumés that speak the posting’s language. Rewriting one by hand for every application takes up to an hour — so most people send the same résumé everywhere, or let a chatbot pad it with experience they don’t have.

THE TRUTHFULNESS CONTRACT

Tailored,
never invented.

Generic AI writers make résumés sound better by adding things that aren’t true — and a fabricated claim can cost an offer. NodeResume works under four rules, written into its instructions and enforced again in code.

  1. 01

    Never fabricate

No invented employers, titles, dates, skills, or degrees. Tailoring means rephrasing, reordering, and emphasising what’s already true.

  2. 02

    Originals stay verbatim

Your original summary, skills, and bullets are kept word for word, so the before-and-after comparison is honest.

  3. 03

    Gaps are reported, not filled

If the posting asks for a skill you don’t list, it’s flagged as a gap for you to decide on — never slipped into your résumé.

  4. 04

    Conservative numbers only

At most one modest, plausible result where the work clearly implies it. Never client names, revenue, or headcount you didn’t provide.

Rephrased, not invented

Set up Orchestrated Airflow DAGs and added with data quality checks that caught stopped bad rows before reports ran. reporting.

Same facts — Airflow, the checks, the bad rows — in the posting’s language (“orchestrated”, “data quality”). Nothing new was claimed.

CAPABILITIES

A job-search workspace,
not just a rewriter.

Move your pointer across each figure. Tailoring, review, search, and exports — built around one base résumé that stays yours.

01

One base, a version per job

Start from one résumé. Every posting gets its own tailored branch — and your original never changes.

02

See every change

A word-level before-and-after diff for your summary and each bullet, plus a plain-language list of what changed and why.

03

The truthfulness contract

Rules enforced in the prompt and checked in code: no invented experience, originals verbatim, gaps reported instead of filled.

04

Keyword gap analysis

Matched, missing, and preferred keywords at a glance. Click one to find it in your résumé instantly.

05

The live job market

Fresh postings from 19 employer boards — banks, enterprises, and startups — searchable by any role, with a time window you choose.

06

A shared postings cache

Each board is read once per refresh, not once per search. Fewer requests, faster results, and any role is searchable instantly.

07

Bulk tailoring

Pick ten postings from a table and get ten tailored résumés — each reviewed, edited, and exported on its own.

08

Choose your model

Trade cost against quality per résumé: OpenAI GPT-4o, Google Gemini Flash, or NVIDIA Nemotron on its free tier.

09

ATS-safe exports

Single-column DOCX and PDF with standard headings and selectable text — generated from your edited draft, not the raw output.

AUTO-SEARCH COVERAGE

Nineteen boards.
Every gap on the record.

Built for the Canadian job market. Every search ends with a coverage report per board — if one fails, it shows as not covered instead of quietly disappearing.

Your choice of model

GPT-4o for the best quality, Gemini Flash for lower cost, or Nemotron on NVIDIA’s free tier — picked per résumé.

Credits that are fair

One credit is one tailored résumé. It’s reserved before the AI runs and released if anything fails — failed runs are never charged.

Fewer requests, not disguised ones

Boards are read on a schedule into one shared cache, instead of once per search — respectful to employers and fast for you.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you hit apply.

Will it invent experience to match the job?

No. NodeResume follows a strict truthfulness contract: it rephrases, reorders, and emphasises what your résumé already says. Employers, titles, dates, skills, and degrees are never invented, and a skill the posting wants but you don’t list is reported as a gap — never added for you.

Can I see exactly what changed?

Yes. A Compare view shows a word-level before-and-after diff for your summary and every bullet, alongside a plain-language list of what changed and why. You can edit any line before exporting.

Will my résumé get past applicant tracking systems?

Exports are single-column, with standard headings and selectable text — the format ATS parsers read most reliably. The ATS score is an estimate of keyword match to guide your edits, not a guarantee of any outcome.

Which job boards does Auto-Search cover?

Nineteen public career boards from Canadian banks, enterprises, and startups, across Workday, Phenom, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby. Every search shows a coverage report per board — if a board fails, you see it.

Which AI models does it use?

You choose per résumé: OpenAI GPT-4o by default, Google Gemini 2.5 Flash or 3.1 Flash-Lite for lower cost, or NVIDIA Nemotron on its free tier (slower, but free).

What files can I use?

Upload a résumé as PDF, DOCX, TXT, or Markdown. Export the tailored version as DOCX or PDF — built from the draft you edited.

How much does it cost?

You start with 10 tailored résumés free. Paid plans for individuals and teams add monthly credits. One credit is one tailored résumé, and a failed run is never charged.
