Do all projects need all six stages?
Each engagement needs an appropriate level of discovery, controls, testing, and operational planning. The depth depends on the system and its risks. A small workflow and a business-critical application should not have identical delivery plans.
Can you join a project already in progress?
Yes. We begin by reviewing the work, existing decisions, and outstanding risks, then agree on the scope we can responsibly take on.
What happens if discovery shows AI is not the right answer?
We recommend the simpler route. That might be a process change, an integration, better data, or no further investment. Discovery should support a sound decision, including the decision to stop.
