The challenge
Three production credit models required an independent risk review following a regulator flag. The immediate need was to turn the findings into a clear remediation program and establish a way to check subsequent changes.
Our approach
The engagement combined an independent model audit, a prioritized remediation roadmap, and regression gates in Proofbench. This connected assessment to corrective work and ongoing evaluation.
